In the article, the governor said it'll employ 135,000 direct staff
and 100,000 indirect staff

When I read this, one question came to mind: where would these almost
250,000 Nigerians live?

How about you be a landlord to one, two, twenty, fifty of them? What
if you are one of these staff? God forbid you be a tenant in Ibeju
Lekki when you can still get relatively cheap lands.

Please think about it. and ping me asap...
